1 Introduction & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding agreement between the user ("player" or "you") and mmk8 ("we") regarding use of the mmk8 platform ("Service"). By accessing the mmk8 website, opening an account, or playing any game, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.

This Agreement may be updated from time to time. All updates will be published on this page with the date of the last revision recorded. Continuing to use the Service after an update is published will be taken as acceptance of the revised terms.

2 User Eligibility

3 Account Registration

4 Account Verification (KYC)

5 Deposits

6 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount — 30,000 Ks.
• Withdrawal processing time — normally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours (Myanmar Standard Time — MMT), though KYC checks may cause delays.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit. Requests to withdraw via a different method may be declined.
• Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met (see the Bonus Policy section below).
• If there is any suspicion of fraudulent deposit or withdrawal activity, withdrawals may be suspended while we investigate.

7 Welcome Bonus

New players at mmk8 can receive a 100% Welcome Bonus of up to 200,000 Ks on their first deposit. The wagering requirement for the bonus is bonus amount × 25.

Example —

• Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 20,000 Ks → Total account balance 40,000 Ks → Wagering requirement: 20,000 × 25 = 500,000 Ks.
• Deposit 420,000 Ks → Bonus 200,000 Ks → Total account balance 620,000 Ks → Wagering requirement: 200,000 × 25 = 5,000,000 Ks.

Bonus winnings can only be withdrawn once the wagering requirement is fully met. The welcome bonus can be claimed once per player, phone number, or IP address.

8 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses must be claimed within 7 days of deposit; they will expire after that period.
• Any winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met.
• Bonus changes will be announced on the website in real time.
• Using bonuses for financial fraud — such as claiming bonuses repeatedly through multiple accounts — may result in legal action. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed and funds may be forfeited.

9 Gameplay and Fair Play

All games on mmk8 use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair play. Players must not —

• Use any bots, automated software, or methods to bypass the game system.
• Deceive other players or collude to manipulate the game platform.
• Exploiting technical glitches to gain money is strictly prohibited. Any funds obtained through such activity will be voided.

10 Anti-Money Laundering

mmk8 strictly opposes money laundering and financial fraud. Players must ensure that the funds they use to play come from legitimate income. Suspicious financial transactions can be reported to the relevant authorities.

11 Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, software, content, and service-related materials on the mmk8 website are the intellectual property ("Intellectual Property") of mmk8. Copying, distributing, or committing plagiarism without permission is strictly prohibited.

12 Limitation of Liability

mmk8 will not be held responsible in the following circumstances —

• Financial losses arising from a player's own decisions.
• Losses caused by a third party accessing a player's account (players are responsible for keeping their own account secure).
• Damages caused by server issues, network disconnections, or events beyond our control (Force Majeure).
• Failures of third-party services linked within the website.

13 Suspensions We May Take

mmk8 may suspend or close an account without prior notice for the following reasons —

• A breach of any provision of these terms and conditions is found,
• Registration with false information is detected,
• Involvement in money laundering or financial fraud is suspected,
• Repeated account creation and bonus abuse is found,
• The player is found to be under 21 years of age.

At the time of suspension, funds held pending investigation may be returned as an exception, and any remaining balance will be considered in accordance with the applicable conditions.

14 Account Closure by the Player

A player may close their account voluntarily (for example, as a responsible gaming self-restriction). To do so, contact us via 24/7 Live Chat. Withdrawal-related processes will be handled in due course after the closure takes effect.
